I was feeling so guilty about not working out for a whole week, until @feelfitfactory UTTERLY broke me down. 🙂🙏🏻 It was 1.5 hours of feeling my chest about to cave in that I realized how much stress and strain I’ve been putting my body through NOT working out. Crazy right?
I realized when I take time to work out I’m MAKING time to train, to do good to my body. But when I don’t workout, when I stress eat, when I don’t sleep enough and I feel like shit - I know I’m not treating myself well at all. Sometimes all it takes is to flip the script to give yourself a reason to take breaks and go to that class or just sit down to meditate. Ahhh, the more you know.
